    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand customer needs and pain points; develop tailored solutions across ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, and managed IT services.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
    • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and verticals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in both private and public sectors.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as a key point of contact for any post-sales support or escalation.
    • Develop and manage long-term client relationships.
    • Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay up to date with OEM product offerings, features, and roadmap updates.
    • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B tech or enterprise solution sales
    • Strong understanding of technologies like ERP, Cloud Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence tools and custom application development, OEM software solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful
