    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for smart, driven, and passionate individuals to fill the role of Sales Executive — one for indoor (showroom) sales and the other for outdoor (field) sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging customers, closing sales, providing professional advice, and generating business leads.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Indoor Sales Executive

    • Attend to walk-in clients and provide professional product guidance.
    • Showcase and recommend appropriate products based on clients’ needs.
    • Close sales and manage customer relationships.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain sales records.
    • Maintain proper documentation of sales and client database.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure showroom displays are well-organized.

    Outdoor Sales Executive

    • Visit potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
    • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
    • Create presentations and pitch product offerings to prospects.
    • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain long-term client relationships and secure repeat business.

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years proven experience in sales or customer service (real estate, interior/design, tiles, or building materials industry preferred).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Confidence in dealing with different customer types, from homeowners to industry professionals.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel and basic CRM systems.
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
    • For outdoor sales: must be familiar with Lagos and its environs and be open to regular field visits.
