    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. 
    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and driving the company's revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development:
      • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
      • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
      • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive products.
    • Sales Management:
      • Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients.
      • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
      • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
    • Client Relationship:
      • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
      • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Sales Targets:
      • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Track sales activities, monitor performance, and report results to senior management.
    • Administrative Duties:
      • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM.
      • Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events to improve knowledge and skills.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
