Responsibilities
Get feedback on the previous day's performance, customer complaints, riders’ complaints and overall feedback.
Must be in Gokada T-Shirt and punctual at all times during official business hours.
Ensure previous days’ issues are sorted and not repeated.
Get targets for the day, and Area/Location/Merchants to work with.
Update Google Form for every order to track your daily completed orders
Requirements
