    Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and promoting OnePort365’s digital freight forwarding and logistics solutions. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to understand customer logistics needs and provide suitable solutions.
    • The Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, pipeline management, and supporting the execution of the regional sales strategy while ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets
    • Identify and prospect potential customers across import, export, and cross-border trade segments.
    • Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
    • Support the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Promote OnePort365’s digital logistics and freight forwarding solutions to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
    • Understand customer shipping and logistics requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Support account management activities, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Maintain regular engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
    • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
    • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and customer documentation in line with company guidelines.
    • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and service requests promptly.
    • Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
    • Represent OnePort365 during client meetings, presentations, and networking engagements.
    • Contribute to strengthening OnePort365’s brand presence as a trusted digital logistics partner.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
    • Possess 3–5 years of experience in sales, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Basic understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics services.
    • Experience managing customer relationships and handling client interactions.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
    • Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
