Our client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is seeking suitable talents to fill the role of a Sales Executive to promotes its products and services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects by creating and implementing effective sales strategies and converting leads.
Job Description:

• Conducting research on potential clients and analyze sales options for the company 
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns 
• Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitch/ presentation on products and services 
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data 
• Responsible for lead generation for the company 
• Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects 
• Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm 
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections 
• Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast 
• Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains

Person Specification:

• 1 year cognate experience in Sales, Marketing or related field
• First Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised institution
• Experience in the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage
