Sales Executive at Digital Marketing Skill Institute

Job Description:

• Performing online sales activities to achieve company's sales objectives.
• Preparing and delivering engaging and confident presentations (both at a one-to-one level and at a much larger scale) about our company and its services.
• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to sell our services; respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Developing and implementing a systematic and efficient strategy to identify, acquire, and retain prospective clients both individual and corporate.
• Liaising for partnership with business groups, universities, associations, chambers of commerce, associations, etc.
• Ensuring that all students receive the best possible learning experience and take responsibility for addressing the learning needs of all students.
• Developing and managing training schedules.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and other platforms
• Developing sales strategies and determining sales forecasts and projections.
• Staying abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Related Courses
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in online sales and telemarketing; experience in a digital marketing workspace is an added advantage
• Persuasion skills and the ability to convert leads via online communication
• Worked in a target-based role and met up with deadlines
• Passionate and up-to-date with knowledge of cutting-edge marketing techniques.
• Strong and confident communicator.
