We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying needs, and presenting compelling solutions to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to generate sales opportunities.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of CIG Motors vehicles to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals, maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding individual monthly targets of 10 units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving department goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, banking, insurance and real estate.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
