Sales Executive at CIG Motor Ltd

Job Summary:

• We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying needs, and presenting compelling solutions to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of CIG Motors vehicles to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close deals, maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding individual monthly targets of 10 units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving department goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, banking, insurance and real estate.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
