    Sales Executive

    Job Description
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain market.
    • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
    • Present and promote the company’s logistics services to prospective clients.
    • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to inquiries and complaints.
    • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Market Research & Reporting:

    • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends within the logistics industry.
    • Gather feedback from clients to help improve service delivery.
    • Prepare basic sales reports and update management on progress.
    • Maintain accuracy.
