Sales Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience selling bread improvers, bakery ingredients, or related food-processing products.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among bakeries, bread manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant customers.
• Promote and sell bread improvers and related bakery ingredients to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market visits, identify customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, track targets, and follow up on customer orders and payments.
• Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in bread improvers, bakery ingredients, flour milling, food additives, or a related industry.
• Experience selling to bakeries, distributors, or food manufacturers is highly desirable.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop new markets.
• Willingness to work in Gombe and surrounding markets.
