    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting ASA Security’s portfolio of products and services.
    • You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads and actively pursue business development opportunities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
    • Understand customer requirements and present tailored security solutions
    • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, installation, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

    Education & Qualifications

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    • Additional certifications in sales or security systems (advantageous but not required)

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5years of proven experience in sales,
    • Experience in client acquisition, B2B/B2C sales, or account management
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Negotiation and persuasive selling abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new products or systems

    Salary
    N150,000 - N300,000 per month.
