    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities
    You’ll focus on:

    • Day-to-day sales operations of Arnergy Sales Outlet, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
    • Ensuring the outlet is visually appealing, stocked with demo or real units, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Acquiring customers to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for solar products and solutions.
    • Working with the field sales team through hands-on market engagement, including door-to-door outreaches, to drive targets and capture direct customer feedback.
    • Working with inventory/operations teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Delivering daily, weekly, monthly sales pipeline, product booked, earned revenue & other requisite KPI and energy storage systems.
    • Identifying new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
    • Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and walk-ins.
    • Always providing the highest quality of service to customers.
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

    Requirements & Skills
    You'll be a good fit for this role if you have the experience below:

    • Industry/role specific: Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understanding of the market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
    • Functional Specific: Broad understanding of sales operations, closing sales with HNIs or specific target markets and ability to meet sales targets.
    • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of two years of work experience in a sales environment preferably in solar/renewable energy, consumer electronics, or retail environments.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators.
    • A target-driven individual who can comfortably work in a high-energy retail environment
    • Ability to handle presentations and facilitation of sales and direct marketing training.
    • Display and orientation to profitability.
    • Demonstration of the knowledge of market and competition.
    • Ability to be decisive and make timely decisions.
