Job Summary

• Annuva Homes Limited is seeking a smart, driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing property sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads for the company’s real estate products.
• Present and promote company properties to prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients when necessary.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide timely reports and feedback on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos property market is a plus.
• Applicants must currently reside in Lagos.

Qualification

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
