    Sales Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive.
    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • The role involves meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ibadan
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
