    Sales Executive

    • You are expected to meet all agreed targets.
    • Maintain a "Things-To-Do-List" which must be updated daily.
    • Ensure error-free mails are sent to customers stating the clear terms and conditions of loans and investments.
    • Maintain a Fixed Deposit Maturity Schedule and confirm customer’s mandate for rollover or otherwise at least two weeks to maturity date.
    • Maintain a Loan Portfolio Schedule and confirm customer’s repayment and top-up.
    • Advice customers on approved repayment schedule.
    • Ensure submission of complete documents for Loan applications, regularization of deferred documents within three (3) working days, safe keeping of customers documents and XDS fee reconciliations.
    • Ensure you attend to ALL customers enquires, questions and transactions professionally.
    • Ensure you perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you professionally.
