    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • This role involves actively promoting the company’s real estate offerings, guiding clients through the buying process, and achieving sales targets.
    • The position offers a 5% commission on every successful sale, providing strong earning potential based on performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
    • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients
    • Conduct property tours and presentations for clients
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
    • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
    • Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Prepare and present sales reports to management
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
    • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
    • Good knowledge of the local real estate market
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
    • Ability to build trust and maintain client confidentiality.
