Job Summary

• Translate client energy needs into solar, hybrid and BESS solutions and produce technical-commercial proposals that win business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments, load profiling and energy audits.
• Perform system sizing and energy-yield simulations (PVsyst, Helioscope or equivalent).
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, BOQs and ROI analyses.
• Present solutions to clients and resolve technical queries.
• Generate leads and support tender responses.
• Liaise with design and project teams to ensure solutions are buildable and correctly costed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Energy or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in solar/renewable energy technical sales or system design.
• Technical: Proficiency in PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools; sound knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid PV/BESS systems.

Desirables

• COREN registration or progress toward it.
• Experience with C&I-scale projects (100 kWp+).
• Familiarity with Deye, Huawei, Sungrow, Victron platforms.
• Basic AutoCAD or single-line diagram drafting.
• Willing to travel to client and project sites.
