Sales & Distribution Manager at Mutual Benefit Assurance

The Role

• We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales & Distribution Manager to drive new insurance business, develop broker relationships, and identify market opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new insurance business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and prospective clients.
• Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to   identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage sales leads and opportunities from prospecting to conversion.
• Prepare sales and market intelligence reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure effective delivery of insurance solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Insurance Marketing.
• CIIN qualification is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market and distribution channels.
