Sales Director at Smart Partners

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing innovative product and services package to proffer to client;
• Developing business model for the Unit
• Driving Business Development efforts including market exploration and sales.
• Developing staff, especially those in Business development for peak performance and hand-holding key BD staff for skills and network;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through first-class timely product delivery and after sales service;
• Building and sustaining favorable brand image for Case tractor and implements
• Building an Origin Group linkage through the instrumentality of Case.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc/BA in business administration marketing or relevant field;
• Second Class Upper with Master’s Degree
• Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Master’s Degree.
• NIMN, ISMMN certification or other related certification
