    Sales Development Representative

    Job Description

    • We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate interest in PackaGo across small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
    • You'll use your skills in managing inbound and outbound funnels that include researching, prospecting, emailing, cold-calling, and qualifying leads to set our new SMB partnerships up for success.
    • The ideal candidate is natural at selling, passionate about building relationships, and enthusiastic about growing a successful career in Sales.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Act as the first point of contact for prospective SMBs through high-volume calls and emails
    • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Account Executive.
    • Research, qualify and disqualify inbound leads and self-sign ups
    • Use excellent listening skills to identify needs, and challenges and use the case of the prospective customer
    • Clearly and confidently communicate the value of PackaGo to generate excitement
    • Consistently exceed outreach and conversion targets to aggressively drive SMB growth
    • Work closely with Account Executive and Head of SMB Sales to execute strategies that drive increased value for current and prospective clients

    What You Bring

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a proven track record of success
    • Highly articulate, with excellent phone, and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of opportunities
    • A team player attitude that is willing to go the extra mile
    • A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and determination to win
    • Desire and enthusiasm to grow a successful career in Sales
    • Prior CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), is a plus!
