Sales Development Representative at Kashia Limited

What you'll do

• Research and build targeted prospect lists
• Run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Test messaging and report on what converts

What we're looking for

• 1+ year in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
• Strong written English — your emails have to land with senior buyers
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent daily activity
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Reliable overlap with US or UK business hours

Nice to have

• Experience selling into US or European markets
• SaaS, HR tech, or fintech background
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly
