Sales Contractor at People Capacity Management

As a Sales Agent Contractor, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for discerning clients. Your mission is to convert leads into bookings, provide high-touch service, and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional follow-up and execution. ₦500,000 base salary/month

Key Responsibilities

• Make onboarding calls and qualify new leads
• Close leads on hotels..
• Use provided onboarding scripts and CRM tools to track leads
• Share brochures, quotes, and deal updates professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups and updates with leads
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handover post-sale

Requirements

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or travel preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English or Spanish
• High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
• Available during US EST business hours
• Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM) What You Get
