We are looking to engage passionate Sales Closers to join our team, the selected applicant will be responsible for all activities revolving around following up and converting aspiring students, corporate clients and partners into paying customers.
You will be focused on speaking to 60-70 prospects daily to convert them to paying clients to achieve sales targets set each month / quarter (we will give you over 1,500 prospects (People that have signify high interest in our course) to close 5% to generate 75 Sales Monthly). You will NOT be calling strangers but people that have shown interest in our course.
You will also respond to enquires on official email and WhatsApp Business. Follow-up is where the result is as a sales closer.
You key objective for the role will be increase the number of sales conversion and reducing the sales cycle timeline.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Related Courses
2-5 years of hands-on experience in online sales and telemarketing; experience in a digital marketing workspace is an added advantage
Persuasion skills and the ability to convert leads via online communication
Worked in a target-based role and met deadlines
Passionate and up-to-date with knowledge of cutting-edge marketing techniques.
