Define the process of data analysis and insight generation
Define the specific strategies and plans for each of the areas owned
Develop Sales and Vendor Training and dvelopment plan
Lead Commercial Plan development to ensure to achieve the robust sales target by proposing the most effective allocation of resources and obtain the alignment among departments
Report insightful analysis to the company by best utilizing available data and information, sales activities, customers and market with passion to encourage persons concerned.
Develop KPIs with inputs from Sales, and management Closely monitor and help preparation of deadlines
Track and analyze sales performance and timely report, which support company's decision making. Develop templates, timelines and guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have:
Business/Finance/Science/HR related degree with 5 Years' experiences in same or similar role in the FMCG Industry
Talent with strong transferrable skills for potential move in Sales role in foreseeable future
Presentation and facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel skills (V Look Up, Pivot table, Chart) & PowerPoint
Project management skills to collect and organize information clearly and precisely, and enable fast and appropriate decisions
