Sales Capability Manager at Danone

The candidate will:

• Define the process of data analysis and insight generation
• Define the specific strategies and plans for each of the areas owned
• Develop Sales and Vendor Training and dvelopment plan
• Lead Commercial Plan development to ensure to achieve the robust sales target by proposing the most effective allocation of resources and obtain the alignment among departments
• Report insightful analysis to the company by best utilizing available data and information, sales activities, customers and market with passion to encourage persons concerned.
• Develop KPIs with inputs from Sales, and management Closely monitor and help preparation of deadlines
• Track and analyze sales performance and timely report, which support company's decision making. Develop templates, timelines and guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Business/Finance/Science/HR related degree with 5 Years' experiences in same or similar role in the FMCG Industry
• Talent with strong transferrable skills for potential move in Sales role in foreseeable future
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills (V Look Up, Pivot table, Chart) & PowerPoint
• Project management skills to collect and organize information clearly and precisely, and enable fast and appropriate decisions
