Sales & Business Development Manager — Tech, SaaS & Software Sales

What you'll own:
- Full SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to proposals and close
- Partnership and distribution strategy for our UK product
- Supply and demand growth for our European marketplace
- Account management and upsell across existing clients
- Pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting
- Market feedback loop between customers and product team
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years SaaS sales, software sales, or tech business development experience (important)
- Track record closing deals with decision-makers, founders, CTOs, operations leads, or consumers
- Experience with product-led or consultative sales motions
- Comfortable running demos, discovery calls, and closing sequences
- Familiar with CRM tools — HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar
- International market experience is a strong advantage
