Sales & Business Development Manager

- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Job Summary
- We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to support business growth, identify new opportunities, and help build lasting client partnerships in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support proposals, presentations, and client onboarding
- Contribute to sales targets and revenue growth.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Excellent team management skill
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
