    Sales & Business Development Executive

    Role Overview 

    • The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive sales of exclusive dental equipment,  consumables, and invisible aligner solutions.
    • The role focuses on building strong  relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, universities, and distributors, while achieving  sales targets. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. 
    • Identify and prospect new clients including dental clinics, hospitals, and dental  schools. 
    • Manage key accounts and maintain excellent client relationships. 
    • Promote and sell Golden Promise equipment, Smiloden invisible aligners, LargeV 
    • CBCT and CoxoTec products. 
    • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. 
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals. 
    • Work with the technical team to ensure seamless product installation and aftersales  support. 
    • Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management. 
    • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and CPD workshops. 
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. 

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or related field. 
    • Minimum 2–3 years sales experience (healthcare/dental/medical devices a must). 
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. 
    • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel. 
    • Knowledge of the dental industry is an added advantage. 

    KPIs 

    • Monthly equipment units sold. 
    • Number of aligner cases initiated. 
    • New clinics/hospitals signed up. 
    • Revenue achieved vs. target. 
    • Customer retention rate.
