Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Attendant to support daily retail operations and assist customers with their purchases.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store environment is clean and organized.
• Sales attendants play a key frontline role in retail businesses by assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and assist them in locating products.
• Provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
• Process customer purchases and handle cash or POS transactions.
• Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and checking inventory.
• Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support efforts to meet daily or monthly sales targets.
• Sales attendants are typically responsible for customer service, product recommendations, handling payments, restocking shelves, and maintaining store displays to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
