As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with potential clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties to prospective buyers.
Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties that meet their requirements.
Negotiate terms of sale, prepare sales agreements, and facilitate the closing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Collaborate with team members, including brokers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Attend meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate sales.
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
