• Our client is in the luxury jewelry industry and is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join their dynamic team.
• As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and offer styling advice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially VIPs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist with store operations, inventory checks, and merchandising.
• Operate the POS system for accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain high store standards and ensure proper product display.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and handling luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal.
