    Sales Associate (Luxury Furniture Brand)

    Job Description

    • As a Luxury Furniture Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and exceeding the expectations of our high-end clientele.
    • You will be responsible for developing new leads, cultivating relationships with designers and architects, and driving sales within your assigned territory.

    Responsibilities

    • Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their design needs and preferences.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on furniture selection, space planning, and interior design principles.
    • Conduct tours of our showroom, showcasing our product lines and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each piece.
    • Develop and present customized proposals that align with client budgets and design goals.
    • Negotiate sales and effectively close deals.
    • Manage and maintain a strong network of contacts within the design community, including architects, interior designers, and influencers.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture trends and design styles.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury furniture sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for luxury furniture and design.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
