    Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Contacting potential and existing customers.
    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Research prospects and generating leads.
    • Establish new business.
    • Maintain accurate records.
    • Negotiate contracts and packages.
    • Work towards monthly or annual targets.
    • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales in your region.
    • Coordinate sales in assigned region.
    • Promote the organization and products.
    • Identify and understand the company’s ideal customers and establish new business
    • Maintain accurate records.

    Requirement & Skills

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years cognate experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Passion for sales and Resilience
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
