Sales Associate at Kredi Bank

• We are looking for a result driven, confident and customer focused sales associate to join our team

What You'll Do

• Loan Disbursement: Promote loan products, achieve or exceed assigned loan disbursement targets by providing    suitable financing solutions to clients.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Agency/POS onboarding, B2B acquisition, savings mobilization, CRM updates, build strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.  
•  Portfolio Management: Monitor client repayments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and     keep Portfolio at Risk (PAR) low.
•  Service Delivery: Ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service while supporting smooth internal processes 
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationshs and provide guidance on financial products and services.
•   Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the company

What We're Looking For

•   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline 
•   4+years of field-driven experience in sales, merchant acquisition or agency banking 
•   Microfinance, Fintech or Financial Institution experience with track record of sales transactions
•   Target driven and result oriented
•   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
•  Tech-savvy with CRM & digital banking knowledge
