Job Summary

As the HORECA Sales Associate for Lounges, Bars & Clubs, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the lounges, bars, and clubs segment. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and scaling the business through strategic sales initiatives.

Job Details

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives within the lounges, bars, and clubs sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the account management team to provide tailored services and support.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to the Associate/Lead in Lagos.
• Work with the RMS team to integrate solutions and enhance client operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the lounges, bars, and clubs industry.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
