Sales Associate at Giftsbysisi

• We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customers with product suggestions and orders
• Provide excellent customer service
• across all channels (store, phone, DM, WhatsApp)
• Process orders and follow up Censure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customers
• Support store displays, product arrangement and inventory checks
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• professionally.

Requirements

• SSCE or higher
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, presentable and professional
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/WhatsApp Business/social media)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Logos store.
