    Sales Associate (Commission Based)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
    • Earn commission on all sales closed


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the design or creative industry
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Well-spoken English
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Experience working in commission-based sales roles is a plus
    • You own a smartphone and a laptop
