Sales Associate / Attendant at Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
• Explain or give product information to customers.
• Arrange items on the shelf or products on display to encourage customer purchases.
• Carry out regular check on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.
• Prepare daily sales report
• Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out e.t.c

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE, OND or related certificate.
• 1-2 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Proven customer service or retail experience is required.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure from customers.
