Sales Assistant at United Wellness Pharmacy

Job Description

• United Wellness Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. 
• We’re a tech-driven retail pharmacy offering same-day delivery of medications and wellness supplements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
• Register new patients by collecting required details (name, phone number, birthday – day and month only) to build our patient database.
• Process sales for over-the-counter products.
• Support the Pharmacists by handling non-prescription tasks, freeing them to focus on medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and assets are handled with care.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve our offerings and service.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma (SSCE) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Basic computer skills for patient registration and sales tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build trust.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health and wellness, with a willingness to learn about pharmacy products.
