Sales and Partnership Executive at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through strategic partnerships with film studios, production houses, content creators, and event promoters.
• Source and secure new business opportunities within the cinema and film distribution ecosystem.
• Coordinate B2B marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and ticket sales.
• Promote event hall rentals and corporate bookings for film screenings, premieres, and media events.
• Lead negotiations for brand collaborations, media rights, and exclusive content distribution deals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, bundle promos, and influencer partnerships.
• Attend industry fairs, expos, and networking events to build brand visibility and foster business relationships.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to partnership growth, revenue, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales, partnership, or marketing roles within the film, cinema, or media industry.
• Strong network and working knowledge of the Nigerian film distribution and cinema operations landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Passionate about cinema, media, storytelling, and event experiences.
• Highly driven, target-focused, and commercially minded.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and proposal development.
• Must reside within Lagos Island and be available for frequent travel within Lagos.
