Sales and Marketing Representative at Reals Group

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor activity reports.
• Ensure effective coverage of assigned territory and outlets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other related science/medical fields.
• Minimum of 0–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
