Role Description

• The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote the company’s services to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, supporting market planning activities, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The role also involves regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility. The Sales and Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and support brand growth.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the Nigerian market or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Abuja, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
