Job Summary

• Vitel Wireless is seeking energetic, target-driven, and well-connected individuals to join our team as Sales Ambassadors across Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island.
• This role is ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience and a passion for building strategic partnerships within the telecommunications space.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and onboard strategic partners to expand market presence
• Identify, recruit, and onboard mobile agents across assigned territories
• Drive product activations and ensure consistent sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agents
• Monitor agent performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets
• Represent the brand professionally in all engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent
• Must reside in Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island
• Applicants must clearly state their exact residential location/axis (e.g., Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Lekki, Ajah, Ikorodu, etc.)
• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (telecom experience is an added advantage)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of Lagos markets and territories
• Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
