Job Responsibilities

• Acquisition and Onboarding of Agents and Merchants
• Deployment of POS terminals to Agents or Merchants
• Retrieval of underperforming and non-transacting POS terminals from Agents or Merchants
• Rendering supports to agents or merchants of transaction or POS related issues
• Escalation of transaction or POS related issues to Technical Support team
• Training of Agents or Merchants periodically in line with CBN financial literacy training mandate
• Participation in market storm for onboarding and activation of agents and merchants
• Periodical check-ups of underperforming agents or merchants
