    Sales Agent [Relationship Manager]

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, for a Sales Agent [Relationship Manager].
    • The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Daily tasks include customer engagement, conducting sales presentations, nurturing leads, providing product training to clients, and ensuring clients’ needs are effectively met.
    • The role involves collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
    • Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify and convert potential leads into long-term customers.
    • Experience in the Insurance industry and a good understanding of insurance products is an advantage.
    • Capable of delivering Training for clients on company products to build familiarity and satisfaction.
    • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
