Sales Agent at Pack'N'Pay

Role Description

• This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Agent at Pack'N'Pay.
• The Sales Agent will engage prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and online channels to promote Pack'N'Pay’s products and services.
• Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, explaining product benefits, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through the ordering process on the e-commerce platform.
• The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and supporting customer retention through professional service.
• The Sales Agent may collaborate with the team to share feedback from customers and participate in occasional training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess relevant Insurance or product knowledge when applicable, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings accurately.
• Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and apply Training to improve sales techniques, platform usage, and product knowledge.
• Additional qualifications: comfort working remotely with reliable internet access; basic computer and smartphone literacy; familiarity with e-commerce or retail is an advantage; prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
