Job Summary

• They are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Agent to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bakery's products to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Explore opportunities with supermarkets, restaurants, offices, schools, event planners, and other businesses.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, FMCG, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to identify and convert new customers.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and customer follow-up.
• Experience in the bakery or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
