Job Description
- The Sales Agent will be responsible foridentifying and onboarding business owners(merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This is afield-based rolethat requires daily engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
- Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT)
- Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
- Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven
