Sales Account Manager at SnappyCX

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager.
• The ideal candidate will have prior account management and sales experience, with a strong familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products/services.
• Utilize CRM data for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Craft clear and persuasive written communications for proposals and reports.
• Conduct engaging and informative client meetings, presentations, and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor degree in any Business related field.
