    Sales Account Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager in Ikeja. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining customer communication, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Account Manager will also work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of Proxynet Communications Limited.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
    • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Previous experience in the ICT industry is a plus
