    Sales Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expand the adoption of our Odoo ERP solution across Nigeria. This role requires a skilled negotiator and strategic relationship builder who can convert qualified leads into long-term, high-value clients.
    • The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B technology or ERP sales, with a proven ability to close deals, manage diverse client portfolios, and generate consistent revenue growth. You will collaborate with the marketing, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that help businesses transition into the digital era.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (professional sales certification is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
    • Demonstrated success in closing high-value technology deals and achieving sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers.
    • Strong account management and client relationship-building capabilities.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
    • Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an added advantage.

     Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain clients seeking digital transformation and process automation.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale relationship management.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and ROI-focused presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the business impact of Odoo ERP.
    • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to design customized ERP solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools; track sales activities, forecasts, and revenue performance.
    • Lead client onboarding and handover processes, ensuring smooth collaboration with implementation teams.
    • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewals, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
